⚠️ Vault Continuation Policy — Please Read Carefully

Vault storage protection requires continuous monthly subscription payments for your selected retention period (5, 10, or 30 years). If you stop monthly payments before your vault retention period expires, the following applies:

6-month grace period: Vault access suspended (read-only). Documents remain protected in AWS S3 Object Lock.
Option A: Resume monthly payments → vault fully restored.
Option B: Pay remaining vault period upfront (remaining months × monthly vault fee) → no further payments required.
Option C: Accept archive status → documents preserved, accessible upon $49.99 reactivation fee.

📌 Document Safety: Your quantum-safe signed contracts are ALWAYS protected by AWS S3 Object Lock regardless of payment status. Payment suspension does NOT affect the legal validity of stored contracts.

Vault fees are reviewed every 5 years. Pre-paid vault clients are exempt from price reviews. Full policy: Section 6 — Vault Continuation Policy
